NOTICE OF 4th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) FOR THE RIVERCITY CONDOMINIUM JOINT MANAGEMENT BODY (JMB)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Joint Management Body (JMB) of the Rivercity Condominium is scheduled to be held as follows:-

Date               : Saturday, April 14, 2012
Time               : 10.00 AM (Registration commences at 9.00 am

Venue            : Multi-Purpose Hall, Level 3, Suria 2 (RB)



AGENDA



  1. Chairman’s Opening Speech.
  2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 3rd AGM held on April 16, 2011.
  3. Presentation of Accounts by Treasurer.
  4. Appointment of K.S. Lam & Co. as an Auditor.
  5. Other matters.
  6. Election of OFFICE-BEARERS OF JMC 2012/2013.

NOTE:

Owners are required under the Building and Common Property Act (Act 663), to note that:


i.      A purchaser/proprietor shall not be entitled to vote at this meeting unless all contribution to the maintenance charges as at 7/4/2012 (Saturday) in respect of his parcel have been duly paid.

ii.      Co-owner(s) / co-proprietor(s) need to fill up the Proxy Form in order to be entitled to vote.

iii.              Votes will be cast by a show of hands.

iv.             The duly executed proxy form for co-owner(s) / co-proprietor(s) must be submitted to Management Office not later than 7th April 2012. Any submission later than the prescribed date and time or incomplete Proxy Form will be rejected.


Kindly be reminded that the burden of proof of payment of Maintenance Fees and Sinking Fund up to 7th April 2012 rest with each Owner. Owners are advised to bring proof of payment for registration purposes.


Owners are reminded that the decisions taken at the AGM will become binding on all Owners. Therefore Owners are reminded that it is in their interest to be present.
