Hi. I am the resident in Rivercity. I would like to suggest that if there is visitor come to visit the resident, it is good that the guard should intercom the resident before let them get into the resident compound. This is just to make sure that the resident is aware about it and to improve the safety in the condominium. The guard cannot guarantee that the visitor is the resident's friends or somebody who has negative intention. Hopefully this could improve and also make sure that the intercom is working. It is upset that we paid that amount of money for maintenance fee but the maintenance seems like very low. The residents would love to see that their money paid out has done something to them. Thank you.
Thank you for your good suggestion. Instruction has been given to the security guards to intercom each unit upon receiving a visitor. We will make sure the new security guards to practice this procedure to all residents.
